All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom and European Union. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.Returns Policy
We have a no-hassle 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include your order number.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Alternatively contact us at orders@silakka.co.uk. Please include your order number in the subject field.
When your return request is received, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
